MiiN Cosmetics is opening a new store in Lisboa and seeks Beauty Advisors for 16/30 hours per week to join a growing team. If you are dynamic, passionate about beauty, and enjoy top-notch customer service, we want to meet you.

You will provide personalised skincare guidance, help customers build routines, manage stock, and contribute to a memorable in-store experience while handling till duties and daily admin tasks.

Formación

• True passion for beauty, cosmetics and skincare.
• Great people skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Experience in customer service; knowledge of Korean cosmetics is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus; knowledge of an Asian language is valued.
• Dynamic, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility with working hours and immediate availability.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills and a desire to grow in a multicultural environment.

Minimum Requirements

What are we looking for?

• A true passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare.
• Great people skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Experience in customer service (knowledge of Korean cosmetics is a big plus!).
