Qualifications

• You have proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar.
• You are dynamic, motivated, and present yourself professionally.
• You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, demonstrate good teamwork, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers, presenting the cocktail menu, and promoting sales according to the establishment’s standards.
• Preparing cocktails and providing high-quality service to ensure an exceptional experience for the customer.
• Guiding and supporting the customer throughout their experience.
• Contributing to the improvement of the menu by suggesting new creations.
• Applying and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and the overall upkeep of the bar.
