Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is opening in Porto to bring its renowned cocktail bar experience to the city. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional cocktails, guest service, and a memorable bar experience in a premium setting.

The position requires energy, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a dynamic hospitality team. Training and mobility opportunities across locations are offered.

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication in Italian and English.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Under the responsibility of the Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager, you will deliver an exceptional bar experience to our guests, ensuring high standards of cocktail preparation, service and hospitality. You will play an active role in the daily operation of the bar, from mise-en-place to service and closing.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers, presenting the cocktail menu, and promoting sales according to the establishment’s standards,
• Preparing cocktails and providing high-quality service to ensure an exceptional experience for the customer,
• Guiding and supporting the customer throughout their experience,
• Contributing to the improvement of the menu by suggesting new creations,
• Applying and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations,
• Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and the overall upkeep of the bar.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar.
• You are dynamic, motivated, and present yourself professionally.
• You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, demonstrate good
• teamwork, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and
• professional communication skills in Italian and English.
• You pay attention to detail and are attentive to customer needs.
• Finally, you are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
