BrandConnect Media in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high food and beverage standards. This contract role offers a monthly salary of 1400 USD and requires accommodation in Lisbon or relocation at the candidate's expense.

You will manage staff, budgeting, vendor relations, and collaborate with the chef to refine menus while sustaining food safety compliance and a positive work environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software e.g. POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management and budgeting.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and adjust menus as needed.
• Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes meet our standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times.
