Job summary

CBTalents in Lisbon is seeking an Ops Customer Expert to join an international Banking & Finance project. You will assist customers with banking and financial matters, supporting via phone, chat and email to resolve issues and deliver a professional experience.

Applicants should have English at C1/C2, 1+ year in Banking/FS, and be based in Lisbon. On-site work is required with 40 hours/week and a rotating schedule including night shifts.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of English is required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance, with exposure to the Irish market.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking and financial matters

• Help resolve payment-related issues, disputes and potential fraud cases
