CloserHire is partnering with a leading BPO in Portugal to recruit an Operations Customer Expert – Banking Expert for the English market in Lisbon. You will provide expert support on banking operations via chat, phone, and email, handling complex inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

The role is full-time in Lisbon, with 24/7 rotational shifts, a paid training program, health insurance from day one, meal allowance, monthly holiday and Christmas allowances, and optional company

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 12 months experience in Banking / Financial services / Insurance / Claims, billing, in Ireland or serving the Irish market from abroad.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle complex customer cases independently.
• Comfortable working with multiple digital platforms and banking tools.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert customer support via chat, phone, and email for English-speaking customers.
• Resolve complex banking enquiries related to accounts, payments, disputes, and transactions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for banking operations within the team.
• Handle fraud investigations, chargebacks, and complaint resolution with high attention to detail.
• Deliver informed guidance on banking and financial services processes.
• Support and share knowledge with teammates when required.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
