Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading Portuguese BPO to recruit an Operations Customer Expert – Banking Expert for the English market in Lisbon. You will provide frontline support via chat, phone and email, handling banking inquiries, payments, disputes and transactions.

The role requires fluent English and at least 12 months in Banking/Financial services. The package includes a gross €1,819 monthly salary, a productivity bonus up to €300, full-time, on-site with relocation support and

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with experience in Banking/Financial services/Insurance/Claims.
• Minimum 12 months relevant experience in banking or financial services, billing or claims.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to handle complex customer cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer support via chat, phone, and email for English-speaking customers; resolve complex banking inquiries related to accounts, payments, disputes, and transactions; act as a subject matter expert for banking operations.
