Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking an Ops Customer Expert in Lisbon to support an international Banking & Finance project. You will assist customers via phone, chat and email, bringing industry experience to a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will resolve payment issues, disputes and potential fraud cases, manage requests, and deliver a professional customer experience. Requires 1+ year in Banking/Financial Services, English C1/C2, and on-site work in Lisbon with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance, with exposure to the Irish market.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Based in Lisbon, EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal.

• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
