Job summary

Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage the full order lifecycle and provide daily support to customers and the sales team. You will coordinate deliveries, contracts, and commercial documentation while ensuring high service levels.

The role requires fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, experience with B2B orders, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Training is in Barcelona, with weekend home-office options after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Commercial Back Office, or similar roles.
• Experience managing and monitoring B2B orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory).
• Availability to attend the initial training period in Barcelona, returning home on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle, from order entry through invoicing and administrative closure.
• Provide daily support to customers and the sales team, ensuring excellent service levels.
• Coordinate deliveries, material availability, transportation, and related services.
• Prepare and process contracts, order confirmations, and commercial documentation.
• Monitor order status and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
• Handle issues related to deliveries, transport, returns, repairs, invoicing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate information in ERP systems and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and Technical teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
