SIXT Lisbon is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy Manager B2B to own the end-to-end B2B lead lifecycle—from capture and qualification to routing for the right sales path. You will design segmentation, lead scoring, and handover criteria while shaping automation and AI workflows.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations to ensure scalable processes, measure KPI performance, and continuously improve lead-to-revenue outcomes in a fast-paced,

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales and understanding of the lead funnel.
• Familiarity with qualification and scoring frameworks such as BANT/CHAMP/MEDDIC.
• Hands-on use of Salesforce or HubSpot and enrichment tools like ZoomInfo.

Responsabilidades

• Own the B2B lead lifecycle end to end from generation to conversion.
• Define segmentation, lead scoring, decision rules, and handover criteria.
• Build automations with AI to apply rules at scale and keep learning.
• Design workflows for automated lead qualification informed by BANT/CHAMP/MEDDIC.
• Develop KPIs and report lead-to-qualified conversion, time to first touch, and revenue impact.
