Job summary

SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to own features end-to-end in B2B marketing and lead management. You’ll build with AI coding agents, shape specs, and push code into production on AWS, delivering fast experiments that prove or disprove ideas.

You’ll work in a hybrid Lisbon setup, collaborating with marketing and business leaders in Munich and our CRM team, shipping quickly with a strong quality bar and security practices.

Qualifications

• Shipped and operated production backend services and data pipelines.
• Experience with SQL and data warehouses.
• Experience with AI coding agents and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across the B2B lead lifecycle from generation to scoring in production on AWS.
• Ship quickly by defining specs for AI agents and directing their work.
• Maintain pipelines, deployments, observability, and security of services.
• Integrate lead flow with platforms like Salesforce, Google, and LinkedIn.
