Boeva Tech is seeking a marketing‑savvy customer support specialist to assist B2B advertisers with digital advertising tools and campaigns in a fast‑paced, international setting.

The role emphasizes product troubleshooting, cross‑functional collaboration with product and engineering teams, and delivering high‑quality advertiser experiences. Relevant experience in marketing and ad tech is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels.
• Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues.
• Drive CSAT by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey.
• Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs while maintaining productivity.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.
