Job summary

Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) is seeking a Customer Support & Advertising Tech Specialist to assist B2B advertisers with paid campaigns, product issues, and campaign optimization. You will be a trusted advisor, resolving issues and improving advertiser performance across channels.

The role blends marketing know-how with technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced, international setting, with shift patterns and a six-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paid campaigns and digital advertising.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or service program within Advertising Tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels
• Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering teams
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues
• Drive CSAT by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey
• Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints
• Ensure adherence to SLAs while maintaining productivity
• Educate advertisers on product features, common issue types, and best practices for digital advertising success
