Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Success/Support professional to assist B2B advertisers using advanced advertising solutions. The role focuses on resolving product issues, teaching advertisers how to use advertising tools, and improving campaign performance on-site.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, handling end-to-end troubleshooting, coordinating with Product Operations and Engineering, and ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels.
• Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey.
• Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs while maintaining best-in-class productivity.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, issue types, and best practices.
