Cross Border Talents is seeking an English-speaking B2B Customer Support Specialist to assist advertisers using digital advertising products. The role blends customer support, product troubleshooting and digital marketing knowledge, ideal for candidates with a Digital Marketing / Paid Ads background.

You will provide end-to-end troubleshooting via email and chat, collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering, and help maintain high service quality.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is required.
• Mandatory experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising.
• Experience in customer support/contact-centre, preferably within Advertising Technology.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

About the Role

The role combines customer support, product troubleshooting and digital advertising knowledge and is therefore particularly suitable for candidates with a Digital Marketing / Paid Ads background.

Schedule

Initial operation:

Monday–Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00, with 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00 shifts.

The project may later transition to a 24/7 rotational schedule with two rotational days off.
