Web Summit in Lisbon is seeking an attentive attendee support specialist to ensure a seamless experience for participants from ticket purchase to event feedback and post-event follow-up. You will respond quickly across email, live chat and social channels, solve problems, and relay insights to marketing, content, and product teams.

You’ll become an expert in our software and use feedback to improve attendee journeys.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or a support role.
• Excellent communicator with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and think on your feet.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams.
• Demonstrates rapid, high-quality customer care.

Responsabilidades

• Handle attendee support via email, live chat or social media.
• Find solutions for attendees while adhering to company policies.
• Provide internal feedback and insights to other departments.
• Collaborate with marketing on content, email marketing and websites.
