Web Summit is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join the Speaker Operations team in Lisbon. You will help improve processes, build dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support scaling the team’s work across stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with Speakers and cross-functional partners, own multiple workstreams, design practical improvements, and help reduce manual tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and communication.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll join the Speaker Operations team, responsible for improving the efficiency, consistency and scalability of the Speaker team’s operations.
• You’ll work closely with the Speakers team and wider stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
• You’ll focus on process optimisation, systems, reporting, governance and ways of working to reduce manual effort and give leadership visibility into performance.
