Web Summit in Lisbon is seeking an Investor Relations professional to connect the world’s leading investors with our global events. You will identify, engage and build relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors and family offices across the investment ecosystem.

You will manage investor relationships throughout the attendee journey, collaborate with BI and cross-functionally with Startup, Speakers, Growth, Marketing and Operations teams, and maintain a Salesforce-driven pipeline.

Qualificações

• Identify and engage venture capital firms, angel investors and family offices across the global investment ecosystem.
• Manage investor relationships throughout the attendee journey, delivering an outstanding experience before, during and after each event.
• Speak daily with senior investors and funds across industries and geographies to represent Web Summit credibly.
• Build a knowledgeable presence in the startup and investor ecosystem and maintain credibility with stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of investors and prospects in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with BI to identify lead generation opportunities and improve sales processes.
• Partner with Startup, Speakers, Growth, Marketing and Operations to maximise investor engagement.
• Attend Web Summit events to understand the environment where founders, investors and leaders meet.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices and other key players across the global investment ecosystem.
• Manage investor relationships throughout the full attendee journey, ensuring an outstanding experience before, during and after each event.
• Speak daily with leading investors, from partners at globally recognised funds to emerging early-stage firms, across various geographies and industries.
• Represent Web Summit with credibility and enthusiasm as a knowledgeable member of the startup and investor ecosystem.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of investors and prospects in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the BI team to identify new lead-generation opportunities and continuously improve sales processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Startup, Speakers, Growth, Marketing and Operations teams to maximise investor engagement and event success.
• Attend Web Summit's global events to firsthand experience the environment where founders, investors and technology leaders converge.
