Web Summit is seeking an attendee support specialist to ensure a smooth attendee journey, from ticket purchases to feedback collection. You will respond to questions via email, live chat and social media, and collaborate with multiple teams to continuously improve the attendee experience.

You’ll become an expert in our software, provide insights to product and engineering teams, and uphold our standards of quality customer care in a high‑output environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or a support role.
• Passionate about providing incredible customer support and about solving problems.
• An excellent communicator with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and to think on your feet.
• Comfortable with working across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to attendee inquiries via email, live chat or social media.
• Find solutions for attendees while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
• Deliver insights to internal teams by providing feedback to other departments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and liaise with content, email marketing and websites daily.
• Become an expert in our software and share insights with product and engineering teams.
