Web Summit in Lisbon is seeking an organized and proactive Operations professional to join the Speaker Operations team. You will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable processes across the Speakers and broader operations.

You’ll develop dashboards, manage projects from start to finish, and work with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in change management and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Experience in operations, process improvement, or project coordination.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
