Web Summit, based in Lisbon, seeks a Delegation Executive to drive development strategies for attendee groups across global markets. You will identify opportunities with delegations, manage group and premium tickets, and execute market strategies in collaboration with speakers, partnerships, startups and investor teams.
You will work within the B2B commercial organisation, delivering insights to senior leadership, crafting experiences for key audiences, and leading outbound campaigns to boost
Qualificações
- Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and partnerships.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition across multiple markets.
- Ability to analyze data to refine outreach campaigns and customer insights.
- Strong collaboration with marketing, partnerships and sales teams.
Responsabilidades
- Identify and pursue opportunities with delegations to attend Web Summit events.
- Own relationships with group ticket and premium ticket holders.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for key industries and countries with cross‑functional teams.
- Provide valuable customer insights to the marketing and partnerships teams.
- Develop marketing collateral and curate experiences for key audience groups.
- Drive outbound initiatives to increase engagement from community groups.
