Genpact in Lisbon is seeking an Associate - S&M - Customer Success to build lasting relations with customers, onboard new users, and demonstrate our AI-driven solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to address requests and ensure exceptional service in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, feedback collection, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate records and supporting product improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business-related fields.
• Certifications in Customer Service, CRM or related areas are valued.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly with high-quality service.
• Onboard new customers, provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance.
• Proactively seek feedback, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings.
