We’re hiring Arabic‑speaking Marketing Customer Support professionals (Egypt, Jordan, UAE dialects). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in digital marketing and paid campaigns who enjoy working with advertising platforms and supporting clients.

You’ll support clients using digital advertising solutions, assist with campaign‑related queries, and provide high‑quality customer support while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE) and English
• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
• Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Portuguese Residence Card

Conditions on offer:

• Base Salary (x14 times) and bonus
• Meal allowance
• Health insurance
• On‑site position in Lisbon

Working hours:

You will start with a 12‑hour coverage schedule. Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00, with two shifts: 7:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 (rotational).

At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client), the project may move to a 24/7 rotational schedule, including weekends, with 2 rotating days off.
