Qualifications

Experience navigating CRM systems and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

Stay knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards.
Provide consultative support across channels: chat, email, phone.
Collect advertiser requirements and apply product knowledge to business needs.
Act as contact point for agencies and advertiser accounts, driving communications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Educate advertisers on product usage and complete tasks within turnaround times.
