CB Talents SP in Lisbon is seeking an Arabic-speaking Technical Customer Support agent to handle inquiries via phone, email and chat. You will manage pre-sales questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and document cases while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires native Arabic and English (B2), marketing/DM background, and experience in a digital advertising environment. On-site in Lisbon with relocation support and benefits.

Qualificações

• Native Arabic speaker with English at least B2.
• Experience in technical customer support is a plus.
• Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Contact Center experience in an Advertising Tech environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels
• Handle pre-sales questions, technical troubleshooting, and general inquiries
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and case documentation
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Manage ticket queues and collaborate with internal teams
