Genpact in Portugal is seeking an Associate for S&M - Customer Success. You will build strong customer relationships, onboard new clients, deliver product demonstrations, and guide customers to achieve value from Genpact solutions in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement while supporting upsell opportunities. Turkish language proficiency is required by the role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance is required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics is preferred.
• Certifications in relevant CX/CRM tools are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly with high-quality service.
• Onboard new customers and provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance as required.
• Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to product and service enhancements.
