What are we looking for?

We are looking for a mid to senior-level professional (4 years or more) to join a strategic Application Production Support team within the banking sector.

This opportunity requires advanced English (mandatory), and French is a plus (not required).

You will be integrated into one of our key client’s support teams, focusing on technical and functional support of critical banking applications.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Managing user incidents and requests
2. Problem and root cause analysis
3. Monitoring of production environments
4. Collaborating with teams across time zones
5. Driving continuous improvement of support processes

Key technical skills required:

• Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
