Timestamp Group in Lisbon is seeking an IT Production Support professional to act as the frontline contact, manage tickets, analyze incidents, and drive improvements across monitoring and reporting. The role involves coordinating with internal project teams during releases, maintaining knowledge bases, and ensuring timely updates to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Jira, SQL, Linux/Unix, and a foundation in financial markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or application support for business-critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to investigate data issues.
• Experience with ticketing (Jira) and monitoring/operational tooling.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line support and act as primary contact.
• Track tickets from opening to closure.
• Analyse production incidents and identify root causes.
• Log questions, incidents, and requests with complete information.
• Perform first level troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Produce operational reports and KPI follow-up.
• Communicate progress to customers during resolution.
• Support product releases and continual improvement.
• Develop monitoring/alerting improvements.
• Organise monthly customer committees and incident reporting.
