Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support specialist to assist users of AI products. The role is on-site with a day shift and rotating schedule between 07:00–22:00.

You will troubleshoot account access, handle billing inquiries, and guide customers on how to use AI tools across multiple channels in a fast-paced international tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/Support is required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools.
