Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its international team. This on-site, full-time role will support users of a leading AI platform, handling account, billing, product and technical issues while delivering excellent service.

You will work rotating day shifts 07:00–22:00, and enjoy a monthly gross package of about €1,320.67 plus a bonus up to €200, 22 days of annual leave, paid training, and a multicultural

Qualifications

• C1–C2 level English.
• Experience in customer support or similar roles.
• Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for full-time rotating day shifts 07:00–22:00.
• Based in Lisbon or able to work on-site in Lisbon.
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across multiple communication channels.
• Assist with billing and invoicing questions.
• Troubleshoot account access and product-related issues.
• Guide customers on how to use the platform and its features.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
• Handle customer cases efficiently while meeting service and quality standards.
