Job summary

CB Talents is hiring for an English-speaking Customer Support role in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You’ll join an international team helping users of a leading AI research and deployment company, focusing on generative AI products.

The position offers a fixed day shift with rotating hours (07:00–22:00), a monthly package of €1,320.67, and a performance bonus up to €200/month. Health and dental insurance are provided after signing, plus 22 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or IT support required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting account access and user issues.
• Handling billing and invoicing inquiries.
• Guiding customers on how to use AI products effectively.
• Supporting both individual and business users across multiple channels.
