Qualifications

• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating environment.
• Based in Portugal with current residence.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle billing and invoicing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot account access issues.
• Guide and support customers with AI products.
• Provide clear, timely, and helpful responses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required.
