Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM engineering or RevOps experience, preferably in a high-growth AI-native B2B company.
• Direct experience with Salesforce; understanding the data model and ownership of changes.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants; actively building with these tools.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems.
• Judgment on build decision: knowing when low-code gets you 80% of the way and when it bottlenecks.
• Systems thinker who can break complex problems into components.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Deal Desk org, spanning account data quality and enrichment workflows across our stack.
• Ship deal desk productivity workflows quickly: triage requests and build fast, iterating rather than perfecting.
• Know when to go bespoke: build custom AI-powered solutions when needed.
• Think in systems: ensure upstream and downstream implications are considered to avoid debt.
• Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems.
• Document what you build so that others can find, understand, and trust it.
