Cloudflare is seeking a GTM Engineer in Lisbon to bridge complex infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution. You will design, build, and ship AI-powered applications that scale our sales, marketing, and support functions as a competitive advantage.

You will apply judgement to design systems, know when to customize, and think ahead about system architecture, enabling data flows and reducing manual work. Equity eligibility is offered.

Qualificações

• Design data foundations for deal desks and enrichment workflows across the stack.
• Build and ship AI-powered solutions when useful, including bespoke options.
• Think system-wide: consider upstream and downstream implications of each workflow.
• Use judgment to decide when to customize beyond point-and-click tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain the data foundation our Deal Desk org runs on, spanning account and contact data quality and enrichment workflows across our stack
• Ship deal desk productivity workflows fast: triage asks from the team, identify the low-hanging fruit, and build it, biasing for shipping small + fast and iterating vs designing the perfect solution
• Know when to go custom: not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. You’re comfortable spinning up bespoke AI-powered solutions when the problem calls for it, and you make that call with judgment
• Think in systems, not solutions: every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. You anticipate them, design for them, and don’t create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later
• Integrate third‑party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems, ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day
• Document what you build. If people can’t find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn’t matter how well it works
