Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Deal Intelligence Analyst in Lisbon to design data systems and executive dashboards for the Deal Desk. You will analyze complex deal terms, protect margins, and enable rapid closing of large, complex commitments with AI-augmented workflows.

You will work in a full-stack role leveraging Salesforce, CPQ, and billing data, building pipelines and dashboards that drive real-time pricing decisions and global growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or RevOps with full-stack data focus.
• Experience integrating data into AI workflows or building predictive models.
• Expert SQL and modern BI platform proficiency (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, PowerBI).
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills for ELT/ETL pipelines and API interactions.
• Experience with financial/SaaS analytics (MRR, ARR, margins).
• Familiarity with CRM/CPQ data structures and quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive dashboards and self-serve reporting for deal terms and margins.
• Transform stakeholder ideas into automated queries and insights.
• Conduct margin analysis with Finance and Deal Desk leadership to align pricing with goals.
• Develop ELT/ETL pipelines pulling data from Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems.
• Integrate deal data into Deal Desk tools to automate approvals and pricing optimizations.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
