Job summary

Bolt for Business (B4B) seeks a Lead GTM Engineer to architect and own an AI-native GTM engine across the commercial funnel. You will extend existing automation, build end-to-end AI systems, and lead a growing team of AI/automation engineers and analysts.

You’ll work hands-on with Python, APIs and data platforms, while aligning technical outcomes to business metrics and enterprise-scale requirements. This is an engineer-first leadership role reporting to the VP of Bolt for Business, with base

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering depth in Python, APIs, SQL and cloud infra.
• Shipping LLM-based systems in production with reliable monitoring and evals.
• Experience integrating AI into CRM/data warehouse and third-party APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI and automation end-to-end across the full B4B funnel, including lead gen, enrichment, qualification and closing.
• Design and ship production AI systems, including LLM pipelines and tool integrations.
• Lead and develop an AI/automation analytics team; set technical standards and governance.
