DoiT is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the Salesforce, HubSpot, and DealHub CPQ stack plus related marketing and revenue tools for a remote, multi-country team. You will translate business requests into automated solutions, maintain data quality, and collaborate with our internal engineering team while leveraging AI daily to accelerate delivery.

The role supports UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, with contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal, and emphasizes cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model).
• Experience with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
• Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service.
• Systems thinking across connected systems.
• Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and marketing funnel.
• Comfort using AI coding and automation tools daily.
• Strong communication with business users and engineers.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the resident country (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Own the GTM systems as a connected whole (CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, sales tools).
• Clarify requests, propose options, explain trade-offs, and push back when needed.
• Eliminate recurring manual work via automation/self-service.
• Build automations, small tools and integrations with simple, durable approaches.
• Keep data model lean and trustworthy; enforce data quality at entry.
• Keep integrations reliable; use native connectors and monitor APIs.
• Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and speed up routine work.
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and guide next fixes.
• Document changes and manage changes from sandbox to production.
