Jobgether is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative – Outbound for the EMEA region, based in Portugal. You will build targeted outbound campaigns, identify high-potential accounts, and engage decision-makers to generate qualified sales opportunities across European markets for a B2B SaaS solution.

You will leverage cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting, with AI-assisted tools to optimize efficiency while maintaining authentic human interactions.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS or selling complex B2B solutions is highly valued.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted outbound campaigns targeting strategic industries and organizations.
• Identify and engage decision-makers in target accounts.
• Conduct regular outbound calls and multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Qualify leads and generate credible sales opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up across channels.
• Collaborate with the wider commercial team to advance opportunities to discovery and demonstrations.
• Learn product and market specifics to progressively take on more complex sales activities.
