Uniek, an AI-first hospitality tech startup in Lisbon, seeks a Sr. Growth Manager to lead demand generation and build a scalable GTM stack. You will own outbound/inbound campaigns, automate flows, and partner with founders to drive product-led growth.

This role requires a hands-on builder mindset, 5+ years in growth, and a passion for experimentation in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work in-person with the founding team in Lisbon, shaping how users discover, activate, and convert

Qualificações

• 5+ years of building and scaling demand generation with demonstrable results.
• Hands-on experience building a GTM stack and automation layers.
• Builder-first mentality: write sequences, configure tools, and ship experiments.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and ownership mindset.
• Master’s degree and top performance in studies and work.
• In-person, Lisbon-area collaboration with the founding team.

Responsabilidades

• Run outbound/inbound engine hands-on: campaigns, sequences, experiments, and qualified meetings.
• Design and build the go-to-market infrastructure end-to-end, integrate tools, automate flows.
• Own data quality and reporting for trusted metrics across channels.
• Define channel KPIs and monitor performance to guide growth decisions.
• Share frontier growth ideas and translate them into actionable steps for the team.
