Job summary

Uniek, an AI-first hospitality tech startup in Lisbon, seeks a Sr. Growth Manager to lead demand generation and build a scalable GTM stack. You will own outbound/inbound campaigns, automate flows, and partner with founders to drive product-led growth.

This role requires a hands-on builder mindset, 5+ years in growth, and a passion for experimentation in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work in-person with the founding team in Lisbon, shaping how users discover, activate, and convert

Qualifications

5+ years of building and scaling demand generation with demonstrable results.
Hands-on experience building a GTM stack and automation layers.
Builder-first mentality: write sequences, configure tools, and ship experiments.
Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and ownership mindset.
Master’s degree and top performance in studies and work.
In-person, Lisbon-area collaboration with the founding team.

Responsibilities

Run outbound/inbound engine hands-on: campaigns, sequences, experiments, and qualified meetings.
Design and build the go-to-market infrastructure end-to-end, integrate tools, automate flows.
Own data quality and reporting for trusted metrics across channels.
Define channel KPIs and monitor performance to guide growth decisions.
Share frontier growth ideas and translate them into actionable steps for the team.
