Job summary

You will troubleshoot account access and user issues, assist with billing inquiries, and guide customers on how to use AI tools across multiple channels. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support or Technical Support.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to rotate shifts Monday–Sunday.
