Qualifications

Previous customer service experience (mandatory).
Fluent English at C1 level or above (written and spoken).
Interest in AI and technology; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries about the AI product by chat, email and phone in English.
Troubleshoot account access, subscription, billing and technical issues.
Explain AI features and best practices to users clearly.
Collaborate with AI chatbots and take over escalated conversations when human support is needed.
Log interactions in the CRM / ticketing system.
Flag product bugs and provide feedback to product teams.
Meet KPIs for FCR, AHT and CSAT.
Follow GDPR and quality guidelines.
