Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer support agent to help customers in the retail sector. You will answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues to deliver a positive experience.

The role is on-site in Lisbon with multiple options: full-time 8:00–17:00, or part-time 20 hours (9:00–13:00) or 30 hours (9:00–16:00). Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills are required.
