Go4Mobility, a technology company focused on multichannel digital communication, seeks an Accounts Payable specialist to strengthen our finance team in Lisbon. You will handle supplier invoices, payments, and supplier records in SAP, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across groups.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years AP experience, advanced Excel skills, and English at a professional level. Hybrid work 2–3 days in the Lisbon office is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field.
• 3-4 years of professional Accounts Payable experience.
• SAP knowledge preferred; COPA module a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• English proficiency at independent user level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at Lisbon office).

Responsabilidades

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
• Ensure timely supplier payments in line with treasury guidelines.
• Manage and respond to emails within the Accounts Payable inboxes.
• Create and update supplier records in SAP.
• Maintain and update treasury support files and documentation.
• Archive invoices validated in JIRA.
• Post invoices in SAP accurately and on time.
• Prepare documentation for review ahead of bi-monthly payment cycles.
• Process salary and tax payments for all companies within the group.
