Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Finance/Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Customer Service within the Accounts Payable and Finance Operations team. You will handle supplier and internal queries, ensure payables are accurate and on time, and act as the finance contact for internal stakeholders.

The role is based in Porto with a hybrid schedule (Porto office and home). The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Commerce/Accounting/Finance, 2 years in AP or Finance Operations, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of AP and accounting principles.
• Strong MS Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables preferred).
• Detail-oriented and reliable under deadlines.
• Fluent English.

The role
You'll work in Customer Service within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations at a global CX leader. You'll handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the finance contact people rely on.
