Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Finance/Accounts Payable Operations professional to join our Customer Service team. You will handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the main finance contact for internal stakeholders.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, in a hybrid setup with office time in Porto and home. The role offers 1,300€ gross per month across 14 payments plus a daily food allowance and a Porto lifestyle focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of AP and accounting principles.
• Good MS Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables preferred).
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier and internal queries for AP/Finance.
• Ensure payables are accurate and on time.
• Serve as the finance contact for internal stakeholders.

The role
