Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Finance Operations professional for Customer Service within Accounts Payable. You will handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the go-to finance contact for the business.

The role offers a hybrid model, with office time in Porto and home days. You will work standard hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and earn about €1,300 gross per month paid across 14 payments, plus a daily food allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of AP and accounting principles.
• Good MS Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables preferred).
• Detail-oriented and reliable under deadlines.
• Fluent English.

You'll work in Customer Service within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations at a global CX leader. You'll handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the finance contact people rely on.
