Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a customer service professional for our Accounts Payable and Finance Operations team. You will handle supplier and internal queries, help keep payables accurate and on time, and serve as the finance contact people rely on.

This hybrid Porto role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, 08:00–17:00, with office and home days. The package includes a gross monthly salary of €1,300 across 14 payments and a daily food allowance; Portuguese living near Porto is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations
• Solid knowledge of AP and accounting principles
• Strong MS Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables preferred)
• Detail-oriented and reliable under deadlines
• Fluent English

The role
You'll work in Customer Service within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations at a global CX leader. You'll handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the finance contact people rely on.
