Swiss Life Asset Managers in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a collaborative, growth‑minded team. You will handle vendor invoicing, approvals, and payments, ensuring VAT compliance and accurate data in SAP S/4HANA, while working with cross‑border stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in AP or related finance roles, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
• Basic understanding of invoice processing, matching, and vendor payment processes.
• Familiarity with VAT/tax compliance and audit documentation standards.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or similar) and strong Excel/data entry skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify vendor invoices with accurate coding and VAT treatment.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts; resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage vendor payments and support statement reconciliations for timely settlements.
• Maintain audit-ready invoice documentation and master data accuracy.
• Monitor invoice/payment issues and identify process improvements; support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to provide strong stakeholder support.
