Language Matters in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing shared services team. The role focuses on end-to-end AP processes, supplier reconciliations, and policy‑driven expense reviews in a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Accounts Payable, fluent German and English, and strong Excel plus ERP experience. This permanent position offers a hybrid work model with a start ASAP and a salary up to €25,000 plus a 10% performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage end‑to‑end accounts payable processes and payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and ensure proper AP transactions.
• Review expense claims and ensure policy compliance using Excel.
• Support month‑end activities including reconciliations, accruals and reporting.
