Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring for a Customer Service within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations role in Porto. You will handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and serve as the finance contact for AP inquiries.

The position offers a hybrid work model between the Porto office and home, with a monthly gross salary of €1,300 across 14 payments and a daily food allowance to support daily needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of AP and accounting principles.
• Good MS Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier and internal queries related to Accounts Payable.
• Keep payables accurate and on time within Finance Operations.
• Be the finance contact people rely on for AP inquiries.

The role
You'll work in Customer Service within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations at a global CX leader. You'll handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the finance contact people rely on.
